I later advanced into the restaurant industry, where I worked as a Sous-Chef at Pizzaiolle Restaurant. In this role, I was responsible for food preparation, supporting kitchen operations, coordinating with the culinary team, managing inventory, and ensuring quality and service standards were met. This position strengthened my leadership skills, teamwork, adaptability, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
