Our Dad is 90 and has progressing dementia, requiring progressively more home support. He needs reminding and support for personal hygiene. The position will be mainly meal planning and preparation, housekeeping and companionship duties like walks and outings with his non shedding standard poodle. My two sisters and I take care of most appointments. We are looking for someone who will take over managing his day to day home life. I envision this position evolving to a live in situation with accommodation and wages provided, as we would like to keep him at his home for as long as possible. For now, as we get to know one another, we would like to have someone ease into that role as a live out position. The job location is in Oak Bay near Anderson Hill park.
