We are hiring a highly reliable and experienced Personal Support Worker (PSW) for a live-in role supporting a client with advanced dementia in a private residence. This position is best suited for someone who is confident, patient, and experienced in dementia care, and comfortable working extended live-in shifts. Role Overview - Location: Private residence near Atkinson Ave & Clark Ave W (Thornhill, Ontario) - Clients: Two sisters living in their home - Care Needs: Full PSW support for advanced dementia (all standard duties required) Schedule - Live-in shifts: 3–4 consecutive days - Example: Thursday 8:00 PM to Sunday or Monday 8:00 PM (until relief arrives) - Flexible scheduling options available: - Consistent set schedule, or - Rotating shifts (including weekend-only options if preferred) Requirements - Proven experience with advanced dementia care - Ability to commit to live-in shifts (multi-day) - Reliable transportation and reasonable commute to Thornhill - Professional, dependable, and compassionate Important Please confirm that you have reviewed the location and that travel distance is not an issue before applying.
