Looking for 2 separate roles/can be 2 separate people: ROLE 1 - Carry out morning routine 1-2 mornings a week *7-10am* Responsible for getting my mom and brother ready in the morning. They both attend programs. My brother will need a drop off (mileage compensated) and my mom uses YRT Mobility transit. All in Woodbridge ROLE 2 - Care Companion (CC) who is like a friend to accompany my mom to the gym, on local outings, errands, take transit downtown. Days can be worked out weekly with CC’s availability. *3-5 hr shifts depending on activities planned* My mom is 60 years old with memory challenges, she is fully capable and independent and fun loving. She volunteers and goes to programs. I am often away so someone to step in would help. Use of a vehicle is needed!!
