A Personal Support Worker (PSW) is urgently required to assist a male individual who is presently on the road to recovery subsequent to a significant motor vehicle accident. His recovery has been steady and he has made remarkable strides thus far in his journey to regain control of his life. As a manifestation of his spirit and determination, he is firmly committed to overcoming the challenges brought on by this unfortunate incident. However, coping with the aftermath of the accident, the complex healing process has necessitated the need for additional support around the house. There are several daily tasks that have turned challenging due to his physical limitations and hence, need to be catered for, in order to ensure he progresses with his recovery in a comfortable and safe environment.
