We are looking for someone with PSW and/or nursing experience, licensed preferred, that has strong communication skills, comfortable wearing PPE around the clients, willing to do light cleaning and cooking for two days (Saturday and Sunday) from 9am to 11pm, with a possible extra day added (Monday or Friday) if the fit for the position is at par with what we are looking for. This is for a 74 year old male (George) with dementia, post stroke, hypertension, high cholesterol, hard of hearing, and full incontinence. He is quite mobile with help needed cleaning himself, cooking/feeding (breakfast, lunch and dinner), brushing teeth, laundry etc. He is stubborn, but with positive reinforcement and encouragement he will listen and follow directions. He does require a little exercise. The second client lives with George, his mother, Eva, is 97 and palliative. Blind/Severely Visually Impaired, Dementia, Emphysema, asthma, recent lung clots from covid, on permanent oxygen (2-5 flow rate), special air mattress for bed sores, commode (requires assistance to clean), full urine incontinence and partial BM incontinence, pureed/soft foods, requires assistance with thickened water consumption, cooking/feeding (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and requires some mobilization exercises.
