I am seeking a diligent and compassionate individual to act as a caregiver for my elderly husband, starting from the 31st of August, 2024. The aim is to ensure my husband gets the assistance and company he requires for a two-week period while I am away traveling. The ideal candidate should be able to commit to a full work schedule, which includes Monday through Sunday, covering morning, midday, and evening sessions. This position does not require a driver's license, considering automobile use is not applicable in this circumstance. However, the caregiver must be present on-site and hence this opportunity is mainly for live-out applicants. Although this is a part-time position, the nature of the job would at times require dedication exceeding 50 hours per week. The job responsibilities include running errands, supervising the home, grocery shopping, participating in housekeeping duties, and planning and preparing meals. Preference will be given to those who have experience working with individuals with hearing impairment. This job involves not only physical care but also nurturing the emotional health of my husband.
