Evening & possible daytime home care for a 71 year old female dementia patient who has Aphasia (non communicative). Evening care would include toileting, and preparing her for bed. One hour shift during the evening. Currently some evenings are cover by Home and Community Care Support Services. Some daytime hours of 3-5 hours would also be a vailable.
