We are looking for someone special to live in and be around for our mom full time. We have a full time companion during the day M-F 9-4. On the evenings and weekends you would be responsible to take her out for outings and her needs. She likes to get out. Even for a drive or shopping or coffee. There would be light daily house keeping duties at this stage, light meal preparation. Making her coffee. All for one person. Help making sure the pets are fed. Light laundry. House management. Organizing her things and her room. Getting her to bed. Keepingbher company Cleaning and changing her sheets. Garbage and recycling taken out. Cat litter. Grocery shopping. Medicine reminders.She does not need an overnight nurse, but someone to live in in case she awoke and needed something. More for safety. She has wandered before. She can shower, but needs reminders. She Might tell you that she had one already. There would be a lot of down time M-F 9-4. . She is a very kind sweet person, but is forgetful and repetitive. Sometimes wants to go home when she is already at home. Likes to pack up to leave.These moments can be challenging. She has been diagnosed with alzheimer's. You must be able to drive.There is a car available to use for job related duties. Criminal record check and drivers abstract will be required. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Be able to cover a daytime shift if necessary. We are looking for a longterm commitment.
