I am seeking support for my 75 year old father who lives with type 2 diabetes and early stages of dementia. Looking for in-home care services and companionship with community outings. We are seeking a live-out caregiver that has availability for part-time work in the afternoon-evening (2-8pm) for 4 days/week. Support includes medication administration (oral meds, daily, pre-packaged), light housekeeping, meal preparation, light physical activity and exercise, shopping or errands, going on outings, and accompaniment to medical appointments. My father lives in an apartment on Bank Street in the Glebe (Ottawa, ON). He is fully bi-lingual in English and Farsi.
