I am seeking a dependable and compassionate individual to join our daily life as a full-time Live-In Senior Care Provider. This role calls on someone who is not only professionally engaged in their caregiving work but also genuinely values the company, conversation, and comfort of elderly adults. The successful candidate will have a range of responsibilities including but not limited to assisting with bathing and dressing, toileting assistance and range of motion exercises, as well as necessary housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and dishwashing. The role will also require meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, and running errands. You will also be expected to assume responsibilities integral to maintaining a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle for the elderly, such as planning visits, outings, and trips to visit neighbors, friends, and family. Additionally, you would be needed for escorts to appointments. The candidate should be competent in specialist care duties such as Alzheimer/Dementia Care, and Parkinson Care. The candidate will also be expected to provide general supervision of the home. To maximize the comfort and safety of our beloved elderly, I am looking for someone who is willing to work with or has prior experience with hearing impairment, a fractured hip, diabetes, and dementia. A driver's license is required for this position. Please note that the use of your own automobile is necessary for the role as it involves a variety of out-of-home tasks. The work schedule will consistently cover the full week from Monday through Sunday, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights. I need someone who is able to commit to a demanding schedule of greater than 50 hours a week, with the understanding that the hours are flexible within the dynamics of caregiving and companionship. This position is set to start from the 15th of September, 2025.
