80 y.o italian speaking woman with newly diagnosed dimentia living at home with husband. Supportive family. Needs gentle calm support and reassurance. Likes to converse, enjoys cooking and playing an italian card game called Scopa. Speaks and understrands Italian, French, English and some Spanish. Needs supervision and guidance with cooking and housekeeping. Needs assistance for bathing and medication. Very social. Recovering from a recent delirium and we are working on increasing her function to previous level for activities of daily living.
