Seeking a certified PSW or nurse with experience in bowel routines for a quadriplegic. We're hiring for a live-in role in Downtown Hamilton, with the key requirement being bowel routine expertise. The successful candidate must be energetic, compassionate, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable providing round-the-clock care. Duties include patient feeding, bathing/shower, bowel routines, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, patient transfers, and assisting with errands or medical visits. Experience with Hoyer lifts, bed baths, and caring for incontinence or bedridden quadriplegics is advantageous. Must be able to reposition the patient (approx. 125 lbs). Flexible schedule with an average of 40 hours per week needed, starting immediately. We are willing to train for Bowel Routine.
