We are seeking an RPN for a primary care practice on Hamilton mountain (near Limeridge mall). You will receive most of your training on the job. Salary negotiable. Some experience with primary care and chronic disease management preferable. Seeking a five year commitment. Serious applicants only please. Your duties will include patient intake and triage, chronic disease management, vital signs, wound care, vaccine administration and management, ordering of medical supplies, and a variety of duties as delegated to you by medical directives.
