Parents are both 85. My father is currently undergoing radiation treatment. This service is required predominantly to have someone stay at the condo with my mother, and assist with day to day living tasks. My mother cannot be alone as she is a fall risk, and managing the household is becoming too much for my father. My mother has poor hearing. Both my parents are fine with managing their own personal care (ie, using the bathroom, getting dressed, showering). In addition to being here with my mother, she enjoys going for walks. My parents could use help with meal preparation, and cleaning tasks as required (my mother is top priority, cleaning as time permits each day). My mother no longer cleans, my Dad is currently managing everything, but would like to step back a bit. The condo is clean and organized; we want to ensure it is maintained.
