Caregiver Position We are seeking a compassionate caregiver for Hannelore, who is relocating back to Dundas, Ontario, after 12 years in Germany. Hannelore, who has made a remarkable recovery from a recent stroke, is independent but would benefit from regular support as she settles back into her community. Caregiver Responsibilities: - Assist with meal preparation and cooking - Help with laundry and cleaning tasks - Grocery shopping and running errands - Provide transportation to appointments and social outings - Accompany Hannelore on walks and activities outside of the apartment Schedule: - Twice a week for approximately 2.5 hours per visit - Preferred days: non-consecutive days (e.g., Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday) Requirements: - Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license - Experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred - Must be reliable and enjoy engaging with seniors Additional Information: - Hannelore is familiar with the Dundas area and enjoys socializing with friends. - I will be visiting weekly but will not be able to assist with all tasks.
