I live in an accessible home on the west mountain in Hamilton with my family. I am looking for a female worker with experience as nurse, PSW or caregiver (or other health care experience. I have many medical care needs and am looking for someone who is comfortable with ostomy care, Mitrofanoff catheterization care, Hickmann catheter care, and range of motion exercises. The part-time shifts available are - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 9 am to 4pm. -Tuesday and Thursday--- 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm---bedtime routin - Occasional weekends --- 9:30 am to 11:30 am--- morning routine - apply to any or all shifts Main duties: - assistance with showering, toileting, dressing, oral care, ostomy, and catheter (Mitrofanoff: in the belly button) care - safe transfers using ceiling track lift - light meal preparation and feeding - assist with administering oral medications - range of motion (ROM) exercises - light housekeeping - accompanying on walks, doing errands, doctor's appointments and grocery shopping - fun activities such as arts and crafts - must be a non-smoker - good command of the English language If interested please respond with an email to both emails below with your full name, shift applying for, latest resume, and why you feel you would be a good fit for the job.
