My father is 82 yrs old and semi independent. He requires assistance with house cleaning, laundry, meals and organization of the house hold. The expectation is that the housekeeper would also do occasional email correspondence and drive him to any necessary appointments using his own vehicle. He has no medical issues but does have some memory issues and will make notes for himself. The live in would have the full developed basement.
