I am currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced senior/health caregiver to assist two elderly ladies who require help with their daily needs. Recently, one of these ladies contracted Covid and, due to her weakened state, requires more intensive care and assistance, especially with mobility and personal hygiene tasks. As their caregiver, you would be expected to perform duties that extend from meal planning and preparation to housekeeping chores. Grooming and dressing assistance, patient positioning, and heavy patient lifting & transfer will also form part of your daily responsibilities. Personal care tasks such as bathing are particularly required since one of the ladies currently lacks enough strength for self-care. The position is part-time with a work schedule spanning Monday to Friday, with morning till mid-day shifts. As such, the suitable candidate should be willing to work between 20-30 hours per week. This is a Live-Out position requiring physical presence during specified hours; hence remote candidates cannot be accommodated. While a driver's license and automobile usage are not necessary requirements for the role, experience in tending to the bedridden is highly desired. The start date is immediate, thus prompt availability and commitment to the stipulated work schedule are critical.
