My name is Nancy, and I’m an 18-year-old with over 6 years of hands-on childcare experience. I’ve helped raise my three younger brothers (including one with a learning disability) and cared for my nephews, sometimes watching all of them at once. I’ve worked with kids from newborn to age 14 and know how to keep things safe, fun, and structured. I’m great with routines, meals, bedtime, homework, and handling big emotions. I also enjoy baking, deep cleaning, and staying organized — I always try to make the day easier for both the kids and the parents.

Over the past 6+ years in Winnipeg, I’ve cared for my 3 younger brothers (Creeson, Nixon, and Colson) from newborn to teen.
