My family owns two Montessori schools and I have been helping out whenever I can as long as I can remember. I have experience working with kids of all ages. I also have formal babysitting experience. I volunteer with school age kids twice a week every semester as a mentor ensuring both their safety and engagement in activities. Lastly, I am the eldest of three and my younger siblings are 18 and 16 years younger than me so I have personal experience as well.
