Soma K.
I am proud to say that I am an African woman, currently living in Canada with my son while my husband remains back home in Africa. As the youngest of my siblings, with three older sisters and a brother, I have always been passionate about caring for children. I find great joy in nurturing and looking after them, as it brings me immense fulfillment. In addition to my love for children, I also have a deep appreciation for music and dance. I often find myself singing and dancing whenever I have the opportunity, as it allows me to express myself in a creative and enjoyable way. Overall, I consider myself to be a friendly and outgoing individual who values the importance of family and community in my life.
I have worked in schools and have taken care of many children. My first job as a teacher was at Hope Daycare, Nursery, and Primary School where I worked in the daycare and nursery department. I then moved on to Early Impressions Daycare, Nursery, and Primary School where I taught grade 1. Later, I worked at Zion Daycare, Nursery, and Primary School, where I was in the nursery and grade 1 department. Taking care of children has always been a part of me, and I also have a four-year-old boy.
