My name is Susanna, and I'm a warm-hearted Canadian, born and raised in a Mennonite home in the country. I have always been captivated by the delightful charm of children and their curiosity to explore the world. You'll find me captivated and truly appreciative of their innocence and the sense of wonder they exhibit while learning new things. I am an outdoor enthusiast with a love for cooking and baking. I love to transport my charges on exciting adventures in the open air or within the cozy comfort of the kitchen. I am punctual and reliable. I have a friendly disposition and outgoing nature, although I can be a little shy when we first meet. Over the past seven years of my working experience, I have developed a knack for effectively working with children of all ages, ranging from newborns to kids aged 9, proving my competency at managing four or more children at a time. I am willing and capable of working with children with disabilities as well, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive environment for all kids under my care. You can rely on me for a multitude of duties, including cooking, light housekeeping, running errands, preparing meals for kids, transporting children, doing children's laundry, ironing children's clothing, assisting children with their bath and dressing, helping with homework, and adhering to any special dietary rules. I ran my own child care in my home for two years. I cared for children ranging from 3 months to 8 years old, with up to 12 children at a time. I provided everything they needed while they were with me from 8am to 5pm. Additionally, I worked for three separate families at three different times, one family for three years and the other two families for two years each.
