Alex D.
My name is Alex. I am an active and energetic 21-year-old athlete who is currently part of the University of Manitoba Track and Field team. I've always been passionate about sports, cheerleading, and dance, which I believe makes me great at engaging children in fun and athletic activities. I hold seven years of experience working with children of all age groups, ranging from newborns to those over ten years. Along with my experience, I have completed First Aid and CPR Training and have graduated high school. I am more than capable of taking care of up to three children at a time. Having worked with children with disabilities, I understand the special care and patience required. So, if your family requires, I can confidently provide the necessary support. Apart from childcare, I’m ready to perform a variety of duties around your home. This includes cooking, light housekeeping, running errands, grocery shopping, and preparing meals for children. I can also help with laundry, bathing and dressing children, helping them with homework, and even pet care! I'm always keen to keep the environment tidy and welcoming. As for my availability, I can start right away, and I'm looking for a part-time position with a flexible schedule, mainly offering my services in the mornings and evenings. Please note I am willing to work on weekends if required. In my leisure time, I love being outdoors, watching Gilmore Girls, and snuggling up with a warm cup of apple cider with my cat. I can’t wait to introduce my passion for athletics, outdoor activities, and warm-hearted care to your children. I can't wait to get to know you and your kids! I hope to hear from you soon.
