My name is Emily, and I'm an 18-year-old artist looking for a nannying/babysitting job. I have experience working with kids and a passion for helping people. I'm very organized and clean, and I love to have fun and be as creative as possible!

I worked as a counsellor at an overnight summer camp called Camp Misquah for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. I provided care ranging from hygiene care, including showering, dressing, and wiping, to emotional well-being and mealtime assistance. In a cabin, there would be 5-8 campers ranging in age from 6-90 (depending on kids or adult sessions), along with myself and a couple of other co-counsellors responsible for their care, safety, and well-being. I worked at Camp Misquah for the past two summers and have been invited back in a leadership role as site manager. I have also worked as a counsellor for kids ranging in age from 4-12 at a recreation complex in Ottawa called Canterbury Recreation Complex. We worked as an after-school program, supervising the kids and leading activities until it was time for their parents to pick them up. This usually lasted about 3-4 hours.
