I love teaching art to children and engaging in art activities. I enjoy being outdoors, going for walks, visiting parks with the children, and exploring nature together. I am happily married with two school aged children. My family is very important to me.

After completing a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Guelph, I spent a year in Nicaragua teaching social and language skills at an orphanage for children with disabilities. Since I loved it, I enrolled in an Early Childhood Educator apprenticeship and worked at a reputable childcare center in the area. Once I graduated, I started working for the school board in the Kindergarten room for 5 years. While my children were young, I started a home daycare with 4 children. Once they were in school, I started working at a forest school in the area.
