My name is Matea, a twenty-two-year-old full-time university student looking for a part-time nanny role. I currently reside in Waterloo and have six years of valuable experience working with children across all age groups, from newborns to over 10 years. I have had the opportunity to spend time with an ASD student during my university placement, building a strong, caring relationship. Balancing my commitments, I am committed to making an equal effort with all children to ensure they all feel valued and cared for. I am available on weekdays - mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I seek a live-out position and can work many children at once. I am comfortable dealing with disabilities, given my experience as a recreational assistant etc. As someone who holds a High School and Bachelor's Degree and also possesses CPR and First Aid training, my capabilities extend into various duties. I was a competitive dance instructor and dance camp instructor from the age of 16-20. I would take care of up to 25 kids at a time alone. Throughout my time at Laurier, I spent a lot of time assisting a 10 year old autistic child, whom I built a great relationship with. I have a lot of experience babysitting as well.
