My name is Ann. I have always thoroughly enjoyed spending time with and teaching children. My personality is gentle natured, cheerful and energetic. I appreciate getting to know each child I care for, by intently listening and inquiring about their interests. I am currently studying part-time online working towards a Bachelor's of Early Childhood Education. I am hoping to find another wonderful family to work with part-time providing exceptional care and opportunities for their Children to learn and grow. The two children have have cared for over the last two years are now attending Kindergarten full-time. My experience with children includes, many teaching positions in a variety of settings including: working as an Educational Assistant in Kindergarten/ Primary grades, After school Programs, Home school classes, Camps, Childcare Centres and coaching sports. I have over 25 years of Childcare experience and 9 years of experience as a Nanny with exceptional References. I have looked after many children ages 4 months- 9 years since I was thirteen years old. I have provided Childcare for a families with up to 6 primary aged children, assisted with preparing healthy meals, bedtime routine, nap time, house cleaning and laundry. My experienced also includes managing household tasks and baking/cooking with food allergies. I am attentive and committed to providing a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for all children in my care. My First Aid and CPR Certification is up to date. I am very athletic, musical and have a fun time doing all types of outdoor activities with children. I do not use any screen time and maintain an environment of engaging children in being creative, active and developing their social skills.
