My name is Aliyah and I am a 27-year-old Brit who is new to Toronto. I got married recently and moved here. With a lot of free time on my hands, I decided to do something proactive for myself as I adjust to living here. I was born and raised in Oxford, UK, but I am ethnically Pakistani. This has made me very familiar with large families that are predominantly filled with young children. I hold a BSc in Criminology and have worked for three years as a carer for seniors with dementia in their homes. Therefore, I am well-versed in handling various situations within a home environment. I enjoy creativity and DIY projects and sometimes dabble in painting when I can.

I worked 3 years as a professional home carer in which I took care of a range of individuals from senior citizens with dementia to children. I also worked for several family friends for 4 years baby sitting and providing nanny services to their children. I am highly competent, thrive in high pressure situations and provide a warm and caring atmosphere for my employers.
