She is always reliable, punctual and has attended outside her shifts and worked more shifts to help my wife transition during multiple moves – a true sign of dedication. She has trained the long-term care home staff and other private personal support workers for the days or nights she cannot attend and always ensure there is coverage for her. She ensures these workers know what my wife requires and has learned the approach my wife needs for care, including triggers, etc. In addition to Mano’s caregiving and manager skills, Mano possesses excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. She is kind, empathetic, and always maintains a positive and loving attitude, which has made a significant difference for my wife.
