My name is Carmela, and I am 22 years old. I am the older sister to five wonderful siblings who are between 6 and 13 years younger than me, so caring for children and helping manage a busy household has always been a natural part of my life. I graduated from high school a few years ago and have been working full-time since I was 14, which has helped me develop a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and independence. I have experience caring for children of all ages, including children on the spectrum, and I approach every child with patience, understanding, and kindness. I have cared for children of family friends, relatives, and families through nanny services, working with children ranging from 3 to 12 years old.
