I am now 50 years old and I have been taking care of children since I was 15. I have a CPR certificate and have had a criminal check done. Looking for a full time or part time job as a live out nanny. I usually work for a family for 3to4 years and I am able to develop a strong bond between myself and the children. I have a genuine passion for providing a loving, nurturing stimulating environment for the children in my care. I love to spend time outdoors, going to the parks, walking, playgroup and story time. I love walking my dog, biking and going to gym.I just finished working at end of June as mom is home for summer and youngest is starting school full time this year.I am a nanny who will always put your child’s safety and needs first.Looking forward to meeting your children. Volunteered at special needs school for about a year. Took care of twins for over 4 years. I have been a nanny for over 30 years. In 2001 until 2006 took care of two children until mom stopped working. Worked at a few other places for a few months. I have many references. September 2012 until June2013 took care of one year old until mom had another baby. Started working for another family in July for a few months until her family moved in to help out. Then in September 2014 went back to the family that I left in June 2013 as the mom went back to her teaching career. Worked another year for them but she had another baby so she was off again. For the next 3 years I took care of sweet boy until he went to kindergarten. Then went back to same family in September 2020 and left in June as mom is home and youngest will now be in kindergarten.

Hello families! Here's a little bit about myself. I have been working in the childcare field for the last 30 years in various settings. I have served as a daycare center worker, a nanny, and even ran a day-home while my children were little. Working with children is something which I genuinely love. I am patient, loving, and reliable. My experience extends from newborns and upwards. I have a keen love for nature, and thoroughly enjoy being outdoors. Going on daily adventures and exploring new places is an experience I cherish. While I enjoy maintaining a busy lifestyle, I also love to unwind by snuggling up with a good book and reading stories. I am an animal lover and wouldn't mind helping out with your furry family members. I understand the weight of my job's role and would look forward to becoming an integral part of your family. My approach to childcare involves a gentle, attachment-promoting, and free-range style of parenting. I possess a flexible schedule and am open to a mix of days, evenings, and weekends. If this sounds like what you're looking for, please message me so we can discuss your needs. I have been working in the childcare field for the last 30 years, I have experience as a nanny, in a daycare centre, and running my own day home while my kids were little. I have my ECE, first aid/cpr, and forest practitioners certificate.

I am from Germany, but my English is perfect with a slight accent. I moved to Germany from Vancouver 25 years ago. I took Early Childhood Education in Germany and then again in Vancouver at the Vancouver Community College with an Infant/ Toddler License. I also have a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University with the major in English. In my spare time I like reading and creative writing, going swimming, on walks and to Zumba classes. I have no dependents. I have my own transportation. I also have a certificate in Food Safe, completed this year. I'm dependable, honest, patient and kind. I enjoy looking after children, especially infants and toddlers. I am a licensed Early Childhood Educator with an Infant/Toddler Certificate. I worked in daycares, mostly for the YMCA as a substitute Early Childhood Educator. I worked mostly in the Infant and Toddler Programs. I worked as a nanny for many years for various private households in the greater Vancouver area. The children were 9 months to 10 years when I started looking after them. I changed diapers, prepared and fed meals for the children, put them to bed for naptime and bedtime, played with and supervised them, took them on a variety of outings. (I live in the Killarney area, this site didn't accept my real postal code)

I am a Filipina, who has been working as a nanny for over 20 years. I worked in Singapore in the year 2000 taking care of 2 girls ages 2. 5 & 4 months. I worked with them for 1 year and 6 months. When my father died, I decided to go back home to Philippines. After this, I went to Hongkong to work with a family that has no kids but 7 dogs. After I finished my 2 year contract with them, I work for a different family that has 2 boys ages 11 & 16 years old. I came to Canada in November 2007 to work with a family of 4 in West Van taking care of 2 kids ages 4 & 2. 5 years old. I worked for them for 5 months & unfortunately they moved to North Carolina. So then I started working with my current employer, taking care of 3 kids (1 boy & 2 girls). When I started working with them the kids were aged 4, 2 & 9 months. I have been with them for almost 5 years. After that I worked part time and shared nanny with different families with 2-3 kids. I have a lot of experiences taking care of children ages from 9 months to 9 years old. I love being with kids and having fun with them. I like the outdoor activities or staying inside and making some arts & crafts on rainy days. I can provide good references. I have been working as a nanny for more than 10 years. I went to Singapore in year 2000 taking care of 2 kids ages 2 y/o & 10 mos. Then I went to Hongkong taking care of school aged kids ages 15 & 11. I came here in Canada last Sept. 2007 my first employer was in west van. I worked with them for 5 months taking care of 2 kids. Unfortunately, they decided to move to North Carolina. I found another employer in East Van. And I have been working with them for almost 5 years. They have 3 childrens ages 4, 2, and 9 months when I started with them. when the kids are older they decided that they don't need a full time nanny so it's time for me to look for another employer. After that I work as part time {2 days} share nanny in Kitsilano with a boy & a girl both 9 months old until they we're 2 y/o. I am currently working 3 days with a family at downtown Vancouver. They have 2 kids 5 y/o girl & 3 y/o boy. I will only work for them until 23rd of December 2015. The mother decided to work as part time so she can spend more time with the kids. My 2 days is a share nanny in Kitsilano with 3 different families the kids ages 3, 2 &1. 5 y/o. I would like to find a family to work with on a long term basis. Hope to hear from you soon.
