Hi there. My name is Julie , a Sociology student at UBC. I have lived in Vancouver my whole life and I absolutely love it:) I love how connected we are nature, the beach, and the city life. I try encourage spending time outdoors as much as possible, take in the fresh air, and go on walks. Things I like do when I am not studying are volunteering, exploring the city, trying new foods, reading books and drinking tea. I am often described as someone who is always smiling and looking at the positive side of things. I am a very friendly person and I love meeting new and different people. I have worked with kids in the past within different age groups and organizations. I absolutely enjoy my time interacting with kids/tweens and I have sufficient knowledge in dealing with situations.

I have volunteered with after school programs, been a camp counselor, and worked with youth groups.

I went Van Tech and I am currently at UBC.
