I am an RN in the Philippines but I currently work as Health Care Aide here in Vancouver. I wasn't able to challenge the RN exam when I first came here though I was strongly encouraged by my nanny employers before, rather I went to school and get my HCA licensed. I currently work the night shift in a facility for 8 years now but because my daughter who is in kindergarten really needs me at night and begging me to be with her I have decided to find a job that I could start after 9 am. It's my interest to look after the elderly, taking care of their daily needs and bringing them out for a walk. Both my daughter and I love trail walks. I would be very happy to work with anybody. Worked in HongKong for 9 years. Two years in one family with 2 kids and 7 years in a family with 1 kid since birth. Did all household duties including taking the children to school. In Vancouver, I worked live-in nanny to a family for 5 years with 2 children. The first child was then 5 months old. Did light housekeeping, taking kids at the park, library, activities and to school.
