You can talk with my first employer in Canada for who I worked 4 years and very good took care of her kids. I worked for one very nice family with 2 kids for during 4 years where kids respected and listened to me because parents and me - nanny had the same rules for them because parents trusted me. When I came boys were 1&4 years old when I finished on Summer they were 5&8 because the youngest boy went to school and my family didn't need me for full time. I was as part of this family, I didn't feel that I was working, I enjoyed time with boys. And we still connected to each other, last Christmas my family invited for me for dinner.. :) My hours were with overtime, 50hrs/week from 7. 15 am, and received every week my salary with overtime payments. I worked in Vancouver, so my employer paid for monthly bus pass and paid for my phone. I found every year for Julie's youngest son activities close to us and then we had busy fun days.. We went to strong start centre, play gyms, library stories, gymnastics, music together, play time with another kids, preschool.. went to another fun places - Granville Island, Airport, North Vancouver, Science World.. and another places during for 4 years.. on school breaks, PD days. I know how to be with kids in public places - it's really important that to be clean and do not get sick, and kids listened to me. I took care about boys very good, I helped a lot for this family. They had good healthy food, no junk no fast food. They were clean and good (warm in cold time) dressed. They had activities, play time with their friends. They had good fun time on PD days, school breaks, we had nice trips around the city, so much good things to do with kids.. When they were sick - I was big help for their mom. I did all best for these boys.. If I saw we something needed to buy from grocery store I went to do some shopping with boys they helped me. Oh.. they like my meat balls.. :) If Mom needed help with dinner because she was coming late or some meetings in the school or something else.. I helped a lot with dinners they like what I cooked.. I have Russian & Ukrainian recipes from my home country.. :) My family had housekeeper, I didn't have to do housekeeping - because I didn't have time, I was busy with kids, just take care about kids but I did what I needed - If I cooked and fed boys - cleaned after me in the kitchen, if I had time while boys playing I could do kids laundry, of course cleaning after kids and teached them clean up as well, if I saw the carpet needed vacuum cleaning - I did it because I wanted to do this not because they asked me, as light cleaning.. just I was doing what the best for kids.. When I was writing this.. I have good feelings when all remember about these 4 years.. with big pleasure. I can write and write.. how we spent time together.. :)

Olga comes in every day with a smile and still has one on her face at the end of it which says a lot after a day with two crazy boys. She is energetic and takes initiative- as soon as she started she found a list of play centres, parks and other activities in both our neighbourhoods and keeps the boys busy with a good mix of indoor and outdoor fun. She also keeps them very well fed with three healthy meals a day and snack which she prepares. Its so nice to have someone we trust so much taking care of our little ones.   Dr. Valerie Athaide: November 3rd, 2019 To Whom It May Concern, We had the pleasure of having Olga Dovbak take care of our daughter Maddie beginning when she was five months old. Although Olga had never before cared for children under the age of one, she was a quick learner and was very careful to listen to and follow all of my instructions. Unfortunately our daughter Maddie had a feeding aversion to bottles when she was young, and I was initially worried about how her feedings would go with another person. Luckily, Olga was able to follow our instructions perfectly, and Maddie was able to take feeds from Olga with no issues. Olga was also heavily involved with transitioning Maddie from formula over to solids. We very much appreciated her help with both planning and preparing meals for Maddie. I trust Olga entirely with our daughter Maddie, and have been very grateful to have her look after Maddie for us. She is an energetic individual who always takes the initiative to make sure that Maddie gets out of the house so that she can get fresh air and interact with other kids. She plans well for these outings, always making sure Maddie is dressed appropriately for the weather, and that she will have enough food and snacks while on these outings. Olga is also very responsible in ensuring that Maddie naps when she needs to, in the appropriate environment. She is always careful to follow my instructions for feeding and naps, but is also able to pick up appropriately on Maddie’s cues and adjust the schedule when needed. Olga is very flexible with our needs in terms of scheduling, and is always punctual and reliable. She is also very helpful around the house, ensuring that Maddie’s toys are tidied away, and her dishes/bottles are cleaned. She often does Maddie’s laundry, and even takes the care and time to put it all away in the appropriate places. We couldn’t be happier with the care that Olga has provided for Maddie in the last four months. We have so enjoyed having her in our home and will miss her. I am happy to provide a telephone reference to give any additional information required. Thank you kindly, Dr. Valerie Athaide
