Princess O.
I am a caring and dependable childcare professional with a background in education and applied behavior analysis. I come from a close-knit family and value creating warm, respectful, and supportive relationships with children and families. In my spare time, I enjoy arts and crafts, and finding creative ways to support children’s learning through play. I am patient, reliable, and attentive, with a strong ability to create safe, structured, and engaging environments where children can thrive. I am passionate about supporting children’s development and building positive, trusting relationships with the families I work with.
I currently have 4+years working with children in home and school settings as a Behaviour Interventionist and Behaviour Consultant, supporting communication, social, emotional, and daily living skills. I typically work one-on-one with children and occasionally in small peer group settings. My responsibilities include ensuring children's safety, planning engaging learning and play activities, supporting routines, encouraging independence, promoting positive behavior, and collaborating closely with families and other professionals. Prior to working as a Behaviour Consultant, I taught young children in a classroom setting, supervising approximately 20–30 children at a time. My responsibilities included planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities, maintaining a safe and positive classroom environment, supporting children's social and emotional development, managing daily routines, and communicating with parents about their progress and well-being.
