I am a dedicated and passionate early childhood educator with a strong academic background in Educational Management and hands-on experience working with young children in both Canada and internationally. With a Ph.D. in Educational Management and ECEA certification, I combine research-based knowledge with practical classroom experience to create nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environments. I genuinely enjoy working with children and believe in the power of play, creativity, and positive relationships to support their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
