With a strong background in early childhood education and psychological counseling, I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Counseling and Guidance from TED University and an Early Childhood Educator Assistant certification from Pacific Rim Institute in British Columbia. My experience includes working as an After School Program Team Leader at Burnaby Neighbourhood House, where I support children’s social, emotional, and academic development. Additionally, I have worked as a psychological counselor at Alpha Academy and as a daycare worker at Ilkyasam Day Care Home, gaining hands-on experience in child development, behavior management, and fostering positive learning environments. I am CPR/First Aid certified and have completed training in inclusive education and child behavior support. My approach emphasizes patience, creativity, and individualized care to meet the unique needs of each child.
