My name is Allison, although I prefer to be called Alli. I am a 29 years old Peruvian, married, and currently living in Vancouver. My profession is an architect, and despite the fact that my English is still in the process of improvement, I am constantly practicing to adapt quickly. My approach to childcare is based on a combination of practical experience and a deep understanding of individual needs. My time assisting a teacher in a summer nest allowed me to develop skills in early stimulation through play activities, music and dance, always prioritizing values education. In addition, my personal experience taking care of my nephews and my brother who had a disability has taught me the importance of patience, love and adaptability.
