I have assisted my family friend in a day care setting and developed an interest in this particular field. Although I have experience, I would like to formally educate myself to better help with the development of children and to understand how to handle kids with care and improve communication with them. I love kids' company and enjoy nurturing them. The warmth and pure love they provide is beyond words. That is why I am interested in and looking forward to this program, as it will provide me with exposure to childcare. Since I have a background in nutrition, especially pediatric nutrition, I would like to add those skills as well. However, I would also like to explore more about guiding the child and am passionate about providing good care to them. Since I lack formal education in aiding kids and I love being creative, I would like to bring that into action by learning to develop the necessary skills for better child care.

I worked in a daycare with children ranging in age from 6 months to 5 years. I have experience in taking care of them, implementing strong start programs, and engaging in various activities such as painting, hidden treasure hunts, solving puzzles, and singing nursery rhymes. I used to take them to the library on a regular basis and, most importantly, provide them with nutritious food.
