Susmita N.
I have a background in child care in Nepal. I worked as a Montessori teacher and a nanny, caring for multiple children at once, including my sister's babies. Coming from a close-knit family, I value care, responsibility, and empathy. I love reading about child psychology, doing arts and crafts, and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy hiking, cooking, and practicing yoga in my free time. I'm always eager to learn new things, often joining workshops to improve my skills. I'm patient, adaptable, and a good communicator. I genuinely love working with children and creating a positive, supportive environment for them. My experience shows I can handle multiple responsibilities and care for children effectively, promoting their well-being and development.
I worked as a nanny for two children at home and also took care of my sister's two babies. In addition to these responsibilities, I worked in a Montessori school, teaching children aged 3-6 years. As a nanny, I managed daily routines such as meal preparation, feeding, diaper changing, and nap time, while creating engaging activities to promote the children's cognitive and social development. In the Montessori school, I designed and implemented age-appropriate educational activities. Through open communication with parents, I built strong, trusting relationships. My efforts fostered a nurturing environment that supported the growth and development of all the children in my care, effectively balancing the demands of caring for four children and contributing to their overall well-being.
