When it comes to children. I believe they should have a Childhood. They can get dirty, make lots of noise, express Imagination through play, have friends over to play and go around the world and beyond through books. I Love that I will have a small part in helping a person develop into a well- rounded adult. I believe in providing holistic care to the children that I am trusted to look after. I work with families to make sure that things are cohesive so the children know that the adults in their lives are united in providing them with a solid foundation in life. I believe in teaching children independence, responsibility and social awareness. Manners, empathy, respect for self and others, self- regulation, cause/effect of actions, and street smarts are some of the unique traits that I teach children. I have had over 18 years of experience being a Nanny. I have looked after Children of all ages, Multiples, Groups etc. I truly love children and enjoy playing with them, reading, arts and crafts, singing silly songs, dancing around the house, baking, adventuring, and exploring the city we live in. I am a single mother to a 16 yr old boy which allows me to pursue my calling and be a member of your families support system. I am also an experienced and certified Personal Support Worker.
