I have just finished school in Early Childhood Education (dec2025) and I am looking for full time employment starting in mid January/early February as a nanny. I am a very creative and organized person. Some hobbies of mine include crafting and sewing. I love to be creative with kids and usually bring a fun activity, craft or game with me so we will never be bored! I am comfortable with pets, having numerous throughout my childhood. I enjoy having one on one time with kids, interacting with them, playing games, doing crafts, reading books. I am looking for more of a child-care position rather than a housekeeper, but I don't mind the occasional light housekeeping such as light meal prep, dishes after meals, tidying after toys, etc. I have lots of experience working with children through both paid and volunteer experiences including; camp counselor, babysitter, reading buddy program through the public library, and teacher assistant. During my ECE program I participated in four field placements in childcare centres and kindergarten classrooms across Toronto. Fun Fact about me: I have worked in Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida! I've participated twice in a work visa program in EPCOT. I also studied ASL (American Sign Language) for a year and have a basic conversation level of the language. I also have a beginner level of French. I do not have a car or license but I have a TTC pass and I'm willing and able to travel anywhere along TTC routes.
