I have tons of experience with both kids and pet sitting! I’ve worked with children ranging from newborns all the way up to age 14, and I truly enjoy supporting and caring for kids at every stage. I’ve also worked in summer camps for the town of Milton and the city of Burlington, where I helped run kindergarten camp, junior camp, and senior camp. Through those roles, I gained experience working with every age group and creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children. I was later promoted to a camp supervisor position, where I took on more responsibility and helped make sure activities ran smoothly. My roles have included organizing and leading games, singing songs, keeping children entertained, and making sure everyone was having fun while staying safe and included. I’m very energetic, patient, and creative, and I know how to keep kids engaged in a positive way. I am also currently completing my bachelor’s degree, so my hours will be scheduled around my classes. I speak English, French, and Spanish, which allows me to communicate with families in different languages and even help teach your children some language skills as well, if that’s something you would like. In addition to babysitting, I also offer pet sitting, including care in my home. I have my own dog, so I’m very comfortable with animals and understand the attention, patience, and care they need. I’ve also worked with children with disabilities, so I’m happy to provide care for all children and adapt to different needs and routines. I have babysat up to four children at a time in a home setting, but through camp experience I’ve supervised as many as 32 children on my own. I am originally from Milton, but I moved to Toronto for school, so I’m now around the North York area, close to the Glendon campus, which is where I study. My hobbies include reading, exercising, and listening to podcasts. I love making kids happy and helping them smile :) I also enjoy singing songs, reading books, doing fun activities, and taking kids to the park. I always aim to create a warm, fun, and caring environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and excited to spend time together.

I've been a camp counsellor for 5 years (City of Milton & City of Burlington), full-time summers and winters, and I actually got promoted to supervisor, where I train new staff. I've handled rooms of 30+ kids and worked with kids with disabilities. Ive been babysitting for 6 years too, so I'm just as good one-on-one. I know a ton of fun games and songs, and I speak English, French, and Spanish! I live on my own so I'm tidy and know how to clean up after myself (and kids camp taught me that fast). Also have my own dog so pet sitting isn't a problem either!
