My name is Jalayna, and I am a 26-year-old woman who enjoys spending time outdoors with my dog, painting, being with my family, and going to live music events with friends. When it comes to childcare, my passion is helping children learn and grow by creating a safe, welcoming space where they feel supported and included at all times.

I have many summers of experience working at Camp Wimodausis with the Child Development Institute, where I supported children with behavioural challenges through structured activities, emotional regulation strategies, and positive behaviour guidance. I also worked as a private nanny for one year, providing daily care, planning activities, preparing meals, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. I completed my Early Childhood Education diploma at George Brown College, where I gained valuable knowledge and practical skills to support children’s growth and development.

I recently graduated with my Early Childhood Education diploma from George Brown College in December 2024.
