I grew up in Ottawa, raised by my mom and dad. My parents are from Egypt, but I have lived in Canada since I was 6 years old. I speak English, Arabic, and some French. I have three siblings, one older and two younger. I spend my free time hanging out with my little cousins (8, 10, 13). They're a lot of fun and heal a part of me. I also like to be with my friends. I love watching movies, chilling at home with my cat. I love kids, I dont really see this as a job since it's something I really enjoy. It's a very fulfilling role that heals my inner child, which is why I decided to make it a career. I am honored to have education as my career, as im very passionate about helping my students grow and be the best version of themselves.

A little bit about my experience with kids: I have worked as an educator full-time at a few preschools and childcare centres. I used to nanny during the summer full-time when I was a teenager, but I have been babysitting since I was 14. I am also currently doing teacher's college to be an elementary/middle school teacher, which is why I am primarily available evenings on weekdays. Also, please feel free to ask for my resume.
