Prepare and administer milk feeding through PEG tube. · Take and record vital signs such as body temperature, pulse and respiratory rate as well as blood pressure at the start of the shift. · Administer medication through PEG tube according to schedule. · Perform tracheostomy suctioning from time to time and nebulization if needed. · Tracheostomy care at least twice every shift. · Perform passive range of motion exercises. · Perform personal care tasks such as diaper changing, perineal care, dressing, and defecating. · Change bed linens and pillowcases. Keep room, cabinet, and dresser drawers neat and clean. · Maintain a specialized approach to responsibilities such as uniform, start times & absenteeism. · Create and maintain a pleasant work environment. · Help with sanitation and housekeeping duties of client’s room, bathroom, and common areas.
