I’m Mia, and I’m an active, nurturing nanny with a love for healthy living and child development. I am currently studying at McGill University, where I also actively participate in varsity track. I’ve spent the last 5 years gaining invaluable experience in childcare, fostering an environment of creativity, learning, and growth for children of all ages ranging from 3 to over 10 years old. Having grown up caring for my younger brother in a house with working parents, I have first-hand insight into the dynamics of a busy household. I’m looking for full-time work as a nanny, babysitter, housekeeper, or tutor, doing everything from cooking and light housekeeping to running errands, and helping with homework. I am available most days of the week, both in the mornings, mid-day, and evenings. I can start immediately and prefer a live-out arrangement. I have experience caring for children with multiple different families. I have provided childcare and tutoring for my neighbor from ages 4-6, babysat many other children varying in age, and provided childcare for a child on the spectrum. I have lots of experience cooking and cleaning, and am able to prepare healthy and delicious meals with efficiency. I also am able to create an engaging atmosphere for learning and playing, while always ensuring children are safe and comfortable. I have learned how to provide an ideal experience for not only the children but for the family as a whole.

Currently I am studying at McGill University where I am pursuing an undergraduate degree in political science and economics. I have taken families courses in high school and psychology and education courses in university.
