I am an experienced Russian-speaking childcare provider with 10 years of dedicated work in nurturing and educating children. For the past five years, I have worked with a Canadian-Belarusian family, providing full-time care for their daughter. During this time, I focused on language immersion, successfully helping her become fluent in Russian. I took on various responsibilities, including managing daily routines, preparing meals, assisting with hygiene, and ensuring a structured and loving environment for the child. Through creative play and educational activities, I fostered her cognitive and emotional development while encouraging her language skills. Earlier in my career, I worked as a private nanny and babysitter, caring for children from infancy to school age. I created a safe and supportive environment for the children, promoting both their growth and well-being. One of my proudest achievements was helping the child I cared for in the Canadian-Belarusian family achieve fluency in Russian, which was a key focus in our daily interactions.
