I'm looking for a new position as the children i am currently nannying transition into full time school. I’m hoping for a role where I can support both the needs of the child(ren) and the family as a unit with everyday care and also my experience in formal Childcare. My ideal position would be where the children see me as part of the family and the parents see me as an extension of the way they love and care for their children. I love to plan educational/fun activity for children, especially messy (outdoor) activities. My philosophy is that if you're messy at the end of the day it was probably a good day filled with learning. I am Fully vaccinated (2 shots 3 boosters). I'm able to prepare meals, assist with homework and happy to help with pet care and housekeeping duties. I also have a full G level license so can assist with school or childcare drop off and pick up and/or errands.

I am an Early Childhood Educator with 15 years of experience in formal child care and 3 years experience as a nanny. The bulk of my experience has been with infants and toddlers, ages from newborn to 2.5 years but I have worked with children of all ages up to school age children. I am currently working full time as a nanny to a set of 3 year old twins, as well as housemanager for the whole family. I have worked with this family since the twins were 11 months old. The childcare portion of my role includes supervision of the children, planning fun and educational activities, school drop off and pick up, bathing the children, driving children to extra curricular/evening activities, all packing for any travel or overnight visits and preparing meals and/or snacks. The housemanger portion includes laundry for the whole household, running errands including twice weekly groceries, organization and tidying of common areas and family vehicle, occasional meal prep or cooking, and keeping all children's areas tidy and organized.
